Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Prime Solution Silo (Karamehmet Mah., Avrupa Serbest Bölgesi, Avrasya Bulvarı No:31, Ergene / Tekirdağ, Türkiye) as the data controller, within the scope described below.
Personal data we process
- Contact details: name, e-mail address, phone number, subject and message submitted through the contact form.
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information and access logs.
- Cookie data: strictly necessary cookies described in the Cookie Policy and, if you consent, external content cookies.
Purposes
- Responding to your requests, quotations and questions and contacting you,
- Ensuring the website operates securely and correctly,
- Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to competent authorities.
Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract (c), compliance with legal obligations (ç) and our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights are not harmed (f); non-essential cookies are processed based on your explicit consent (Article 5/1).
Transfers
Your data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our hosting and e-mail service providers and, upon request, to competent public authorities. If you consent to external content such as maps and videos, the providers of that content (e.g. Google) may be located abroad; such transfer is based on your explicit consent.
Retention
Your data is kept for as long as required for the purpose of processing and the statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request notification of these actions to third parties, to object to results arising solely from automated processing, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
